What's your go-to for a quick UI builder?

I'm good with backend but horrible with front-end. (Also colorblind :D)

My biggest problems is creating UI for my angular apps. It's time consuming for me to pull components off of a template and add it to my app...
Anyone have similar problems? Any advice?
