What's your opinion on productized services?

I'm sure many of you heard the term. In a nutshell, productized service offers design/video editing/web development, etc. on a monthly subscription with unlimited requests managed one at a time. Many of your are heard Brett's story who runs DesignJoy.

When I understood the business model it immediately attracted me and in my opinion, is a win-win both for me and the client.

As someone who creates Ads and short-form content, I've decided to try it out and created chiliclips.co and will share my journey in public, but I'm interested in your opinion since many seem to be against this idea.
What do you think about it?
