What's your process for hiring, vetting, and working with freelance copywriters?

Hi All,

A couple of months back I came across this great article (I believe it was here on IH) with a funnel approach to vetting/selecting freelance copywriters...of course I can't find the article now!

My team is looking to hire and work with some freelance copywriters in the Fintech space.

Curious if anyone has any tips/tricks/gotchas we should take in to account. Suggestions on where and how to find good writers, welcome!
