When Uber launched, their tagline was:
‘You push a button, and in five minutes a Mercedes picks you up and takes you where you want to go.’
When Facebook launched, their tagline was:
‘Something where you can type someone’s name and find out a bunch of information about them.’
The KISS rule (Keep It Simple Stupid) works, if you can't explain your product in a few words, you're going to have trouble during the launch, which for most companies spells the end.
Given this formula:
“You do X and Y happens.” X is the input, and Y is the output.
Can you describe your product?
I was able to formulate something along the lines off:
"Create Honeypots & Protect Your Email Lists"
The product is a database/email protection SaaS, and I think that the above tagline explains it, dead simple and does the job (tell me please if you disagree).
Because we all can learn from our peers here, do tell me, what worked for you?
Send hundreds of personalized emails, right from Gmail
https://mailmeteor.com
I went to your FAQ and I found something great - "send mail merge right from your Gmail inbox", I would add something that will set it apart like "The fastest way to send personalized mail merge email from Gmail", or something along that line. Hope this helps :)
Noble.so - "You call an API and a tree gets planted in the Amazon rainforest."
Crash reporting for every developer, every platform, every programming language.

It blew my mind, seriously, loved it :)

Helping you find the best beauty products
Straightforward, but requires a bit of work. Help is the pain you solve, best is a matter of taste. I would try to find something that sets you apart, there's a lot of competition in your vertical, and having a killer magnetic slogan matters. Try something along the lines of "Beuty Product Search Engine", or something else that stands out, and A/B it of course. Hope this helps :)
Always be the first to know when your website is down, or malfunctioning.
https://www.supermonitoring.com
Straightforward, but requires a bit of work. I would A/B test it against "Know what's happening on your website at all times". Although the "website is down, or malfunctioning" is pretty self-explanatory, it's basically "almost the same thing" It's not, but, I think you can find something better, hope this helps :)
In my opinion, "what's happening" is to broad. It could be traffic analysis, funnel performance, etc. While we're detecting failures (unavailability, slow-down, feature malfunction, missing content, etc.).
Valid point, but you need to find a word that represents the pain, maybe "website issues" or "Website Service interruptions"? Something along that line?
"website failures & malfunctions"?
"Know when your website malfunctions or crushes, immediately."
?
I believe being the first to know is crucial. When you learn about a problem before your users, you can react quickly and implement a fix before they notice and leave/be disappointed, etc.
"Know before your visitors if your website malfunctions or down!" ?
We make customer onboarding creative!
https://www.boardme.app/
I understand from your slogan that it's an onboarding product, but I don't understand how it's different, what specific pain it solves, you might want to try and A/B it against "We onboard customers successfully with X", hope this helps :)
Privasim.com "Privacy is Simple"
I didn't understand what your product does from the slogan, I had to log into your website to understand what you do, I'd A/B it with something more explanatory, hope this helps :)
"we get people to use dApps"? DuckDuckGo's slogan is Privacy, Simplified. Even that is a bit vague. I really appreciate your reply! thanks!!!
Vague is a luxury big brands can afford.
Although it's right on the money, there are a lot of people who still don't know what are dApps, are they in your target audience? If not, that it's good. But since I understand from your slogan that you get people to use dApps, they might be :)
I came up with this for designwithai.com "Enter your company name and let our AI driven engine create beautiful logos for your brand".
It might be a bit long, try to A/B it with, "Design logos with AI", or something along that line. Not that your slogan is a problem, just shorter.
Feedsub: "Get RSS/Atom Feeds Delivered To Your Inbox"
It's basically in the name! :)
Straightforward, it's a winner :)
"You didn't know your GoPro was recording all this telemetry"
https://tailorandwayne.com/gopro-telemetry-extractor/
Or in your format:
"Drag and drop your video to see your GPS track"
Loved "Drag and drop your video to see your GPS track" :D It's a winner.
https://pydist.com
Like using PyPI, but your python packages stay private.
The PayPal, PYPL and Pydist game is tricky, to avoid misunderstanding, try not to focus on the negative of your competitor, i.e. privacy. Instead, focus on the pain you solve. Something along the line of "Mirror PyPl & Keep your python packages private" , or something along that line.
Drag and Drop to Create a Chat-style Form; no-coding required.
https://formito.com
I would play around with Chat-style Form, especially since you're addressing a co-coding audience. Maybe something along the lines of "Create Chat Forms (Hybrids?), Without Coding Skills (try to avoid the word "no" in a slogan).
Thanks for the feedback. I tried to keep it short, but "Without Coding Skills" is not much longer. I'll try to use this one as well.
Short is good, but you'll need to answer how you solve a pain clearly and test. Short is not always the answer, and definitely not during the launch when it's critical that people will understand what you do in a sec. Of, short and clear is the goal, good luck! :)
https://trackmylift.app
Save time tracking your gym workout progress
Is time a pain your users have? I dunno, I would try to A/B test against "Track your gym workout, Progress More". Hope this helps :)
Thanks for that suggestion!
My pleasure!
Curated library of colors and fonts for digital designers and web developers.
Straightforward, loved it. I would A/B test Curated with either "Resource" or "Collection" etc. Hope this helps :)
https://allolytics.com
Simple A/B Testing for React Components
Specific and targeted - loved it!
Alka Pro: A better spreadsheet for financial hobbyists
My 2cents, hobby is a "nice to have" activity, and you want your product to solve a pain. I haven't seen the product, if you can't provide a link I'll be able to dive deeper.
Midtype: Build apps without backend engineers.
Seems straightforward, you can't go wrong with this :D
RSVP Keeper - Online RSVP's made easy
That's my original - although in your format:
RSVP Keeper - Host events and accept RSVP's
It's pretty clear, although I'll try to dive a bit deeper, for instance, "Get More RSVPs By Tracking & Interacting with Your Invitees", or something along that line.
Damn yea I like that - your statement caused a nice sense of urgency - like "Oh shoot, am I missing out on getting certain RSVPs by not using this service?"
Thanks for that
I tend to agree :D
Was a pleasure!
https://getachieved.com
--> "Stay aligned, work together, work better."
From your slogan, I understand that your product is related to team collaboration, but what I didn't understand is how, and how can I use it. After I checked your website, I got a better understanding of what's the product about, but I'd recommend to A/B it, with a clear cut message that might differentiate the product from the competition. For a well-established product like Slack, it might have worked, my 2 cents, hope it helps.
Thanks @haim it's always good to get this kind of feedback. We'll think it through! :-)
My pleasure :)

Clear, and addresses the target audience, not an easy slogan, and I think you cracked it.

Straightforward, loved it, I can't add anything. Or maybe one thing, if GS already has these functions, add the word "Better" or something along that line before.

Best of luck, if you'd like, to revisit it, send me a message or something, cheers!

Straightforward, you solve the "time-consumption" issue your potential users have with landing pages. You nailed it :)

My pleasure :)

It's more difficult with services, win more clients is def a pain, but I'd also try to A/B test "Stand out" (corny, yet effective), or even get bold and go for "Designing Client Success By Creating Memorable Brands", or something along that line. Hope this helps :)
