What's your SEO strategy for new blogs?

Hey, I have recently launched a new blog in french speaking about real estate: https://estimationfrancaise.fr/

This is a new website without any history and 0 traffic.

Here what I have already done:

• optimized the website with SEO meta tags, sitemap, structured data
• improved performances using Google lighthouse
• created the social pages and linked them to my blog
• asked Google and Bing to index my website
• created 4 blog posts with around 700 words and images with alt tags optimized with keywords

What would be the next step?

I was thinking of getting backlinks, but the few french real estate blogs I have reached out for guest blogging didn't reply to my emails.

I am kind of out of options and would love to read your thoughts... 🙄
