WhatsApp Coexistence Mode for Team Inbox

We released our WhatsApp teams inbox late last year and it's a quickly growing channel for us. With that said, we've had a lot of interest in customers who want their WhatsApp chat requests not only automated with AI but delivered directly to Slack, Google, or Teams just like website chat messages.

I've been working on expanding the features to support native chat within each of these platforms to respond directly to customer's WhatsApp messages. The app also supports the new coexistence mode in WhatsApp which allows you to keep your WhatsApp business account on your phone, but also have it cloud based in our tool.
