When Building in Public do you expect to grow your personal Twitter account or your product one?

When BIP do you expect to grow your Twitter account or your product one?
People remember you by your name and is more human approach. For the product name i think you can put it in your twitter bio or your website. Also you can tagged your product twitter account sharing your progress. Some of the best way is to share your screenshot of your progress in image or video like new features and updates of your product.
Thank you for the tips! It is an interesting way of promoting your product.
This is a good question, and I've been thinking the same thing.
I don't think growing your personal and professional accounts is mutually exclusive.
But focusing on your personal brand at the outset feels like using a stone to kill two birds.
Your personal brand is linked to your product, which in turn makes it personable.
In the event of your product's failure, your personal brand remains. And the community you've built will always be there to support you in your next venture.
Before I knew what Convertkit was, I was used to seeing tweets from its founder, linking to the ConvertKit Twitter page. That's a good strategy for promoting your product alongside your personal profile.
Thanks! I like the idea that it is a circle: You grow your personal brand to drive traffic to your products and make them more personal.
I'll start linking more my product :)
