At the end of 2022, when ChatGPT came out, I had a very honest reaction.
If I have to explain how to build another sales process to another founder again… I might lose my mind.
Not because I didn’t want to help — but because I had done it so many times.
Same questions.
Same missing pieces.
Same operational mistakes.
How to build pipeline.
How to structure operations.
How to prepare for fundraising.
And it hit me:
Maybe founders shouldn’t have to figure this out manually anymore.
What if we could capture operational knowledge — workflows, best practices, lessons — and make it available systematically?
Not just advice.
Execution.
That was the starting point for what became Boxsy.
The vision was simple:
What if every founder had an operational sidekick from day one?
Not a hire.
Not a consultant.
Something accessible that helps founders stay organized and execute consistently.
Because from what I’ve seen, great ideas don’t fail only because of bad products.
They fail because execution gets messy.
Still early days, but that moment in late 2022 was the trigger.
Curious how others here think about this:
Do you believe AI will meaningfully increase startup success rates — or just make founders move faster toward failure?
