Like a lot of you, I'm constantly trying to think of business ideas, and keeping them recorded in a big list. Every so often, I'll get really excited about an idea, and then start trying to do some research, and I always seem to find a good reason to not do it.
For instance, right now I'm researching whether people, especially digital nomads, are having troubles handling budgeting across multiple currencies. I'm trying to find blog posts, forum posts on sites like Quora and NomadList, and anything that indicates this is something people are searching for a solution to, but I'm finding very little. Every time I hit this point, I wonder if I'm justified in not going forward, or if I'm just being timid. What does it take for you guys to decide not to go forward with an idea?

If people are saying I wish this was already launched, say they are looking for what you are doing, sign up to your newsletter or try to pay then there is a need. This should get you accountable to keep at it!
I launched newco.app without having any tutorials on the site. I charged money from day one. People paid, which was validation and accountability. Now it continues to grow week on week!
