When do you hire an assistant or part-time worker?

I'm growing the Just Go Grind community on the side of my day job at VITALIZE Venture Capital and feel like I need to hire an assistant to help run the community and take the lead on a few initiatives that I don't have time for, but want to exist.

I don't want to hire employees, but do want someone for 5-10 hours a week, almost as a COO / Chief of Staff / EA type of role and trying to figure out the best path forward.

Curious about when you decided to hire some help as well 😊
