When do you know you should stop working on a project?

My landing page had about 500 visitors for 35 registration.
So I made a small mvp ( https://ob42.github.io/impaktek/ ) I've had only a few dozens visitors, and not much engagement, so I wonder if I should quit. How do you know when it's time to stop a project ?
