When Growth Feels Harder Than It Should

I’ve been talking to a few B2B founders recently and noticed a recurring issue:

Growth decisions feel harder not because of traffic or demand,
but because data is messy or incomplete.

GA4 is technically installed, but attribution is unclear.
Dashboards exist, but confidence is low.
So teams either overreact to noise or stop trusting the numbers altogether.

Is this something others here are running into?
If not, what’s working for you?

I'd say this is a trend I'm seeing with the clients from my agency which I still maintain - especially when it comes to GA4 and the difficulty of trying to glean information from it
