Succeeding as an entrepreneur isn't about counting your fat stacks of cash and successful ventures though. It's about being persistent... And knowing when not to be.
Lately I've been working on a website called "Ezlo.ai" - the original idea for which was an AI generated blog to help digital marketers (note at the time of writing, the original site is still up).
However after writing my article "Would you read an article written by AI?" it became abundantly clear that most people would not. In this article I included a simple Yes/No poll and 9/10 voters said No.
So that got me thinking... Perhaps the issue was trustworthiness of the posts. I wrote an article about that too, but this didn't result in any noteworthy insights.
So I went back to the drawing board.
Something that stood out in the comments of the first article was that there appeared to be some sentiment that some people were down with AI-generated content if it served more of a utilitarian purpose. Most people were adamantly against "creative" AI work, but if it served some purpose...
Well, I know a good lead when I see one! ⚠️
The intent behind this venture is to empower my fellow Indie Hackers with the ever victorious tools of a good marketer.

What would I want from this site? How can I amass tons of useful info to indie marketers? Why am I doing this in the first place? I'm not an expert marketer by any means. I, like all of us, have tons of questions I wish I could ask experts.
💡 Aha.
If I want to provide answers to marketers, why not build a question / answer community?
And just like that, the idea for Ezlo V2 was born:
There's still much to be done before I can soft-launch, but if you're interested in following it's development, please subscribe.
Until next time! 👋
I recently pivoted as well. It's definitely been a learning experience.
