When was the last time you had a vacation?

And where?

Mine, it seems, was so long ago. COVID situation certainly doesn’t help.

Before covid last year November went to Scotland, it is nice if you like that gloomy rainy atmosphere :)

Ha! I stayed in Edinburg for the whole of September last year. Felt like I just consciously shortened my summer 😁 Loved it anyway.

Last year this time. Me and my wife went to Thailand. I'd really like to go travel again, as most of us would probably like.

Haha, everyone keeps telling me how amazing Thailand is, and still, here I am, a digital nomad for 3 years who never went into Asia :D Will definitely check it out.

    February 16th to Mexico.

But going on a small vacation again in 2 weeks. The only negative affect COVID has on this, is that most countries are still closed, so not many options.

I've taken time off but not really had a proper holiday as in going away anywhere since I was around 13-14 to Ireland (I'm 30 now so its been a while). I planned to have a trip away to Cornwall this year but Covid kind of put an end to that idea 😢

4th of July weekend girlfriend and I took a 14 hour one way trip to Colorado Springs, Colorado to explore the mountains and see her sister.

That was the closest I've had to a "vacation" since my senior class trip in high school, 2003.

      Wow! Hope you enjoyed it!

Thoroughly enjoyed it. It sparked something in us. This weekend we're taking a drive to the upper peninsula of Michigan to a placed called Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore as it looks beautiful. This time we're taking my niece and her boyfriend with us.

The beginning of July. I got an AirB&B in the woods of New Hampshire, USA to keep social distance. It rained most of the time but it was good to get away
