When your first posts get 20 comments and then constantly get 0…

My first few IndieHackers posts brought real engagement – 20 comments, dozens of website visits, even a few waitlist signups.
But my last three? Crickets.

Same founder, same product, same style of writing.
So what changed?

Maybe early curiosity fades once people "know" your story.
Maybe it’s just timing.
Or maybe the posts simply weren't that interesting anymore.

I'm genuinely curious:
What makes a post worth engaging with here on IH for you?

That inbound engagement dro -off is brutal happens to everyone. A B2B SaaS founder had the same issue, now he gets 10-15 qualified demos monthly. The fix was a targeted cold email system so you dont have to rely on platform luck for your baby's next user :)
