I am a lurker for quite a while! My day job is a Product Designer, not too far off from devs/tech. By night, I am working on my first project that aims to help people working in tech to achieve better performance review and of course, compensation package.
By training, I am a bio-med researcher, now a kind of a soft biohacker and a designer (in the fold of Stanford D.School). Code for me is more of a super tool than religion that helps in work per se (order, automation, scaling, etc). Code also makes the human mind less mushy, clearer, and stronger.
