Where are the developers that also produce music?

I want to build an app to manage your files and sounds for music production. This includes albums, playlists, records, instrumentals, samples and drums.

I currently use a mix of iTunes, Finder and Virtual DJ to do what I need to manage my music.

Any developers looking to build something similar?
