Where can I find businesses to reach out to?

Hi there, I recently dived head-first into launching a site I've been building as a side project, https://qwerk.io/. It's a site for users to discover companies implementing extraordinary policies – think remote-only, asynchronous workflows, holacratic/flat decision-making etc.

Qwerk allows organisations to promote their experiences, reach likeminded job applicants, and build a community to learn from one another.

I'd love to get any feedback on the site.

More importantly, my next task is to start adding company profiles (with their permission, of course!) The site isn't monetized yet, but the first batch of companies will get lifetime free access to any future paid features.
