Where can I find library of logos for major apps (ex. facebook, instagram, etc)
Essentially is there a library of logos from these major companies that's in a uniform format (ex. 512x512 png transparent backgrounds)?

I have used clearbit for this exact problem. They have an API where you can query any company's logo. It is extremely easy to use.
Brandfetch , klazify and ritekit have logo APIs, and if you only need a few logos just use them in their demo/test . For clearbit you need to credit them, so not so practical..
