Where can I find offshore mobile app developers?

Hi all -

I've been working with mobile app developers on Fiverr and unfortunately I haven't been able to find anyone who has been professional.

So I thought that'd I'd ask the IH community for any referrals they may have of offshore developers. Do you happen to have someone/some-team you can refer?

Thanks in advance!

    Hey)
I also faced this problem and first of all decided to make a small research. I outlined the next mobile app developers:

    1. Zco Corporation
    2. Quartus Technology
    3. Mobile Pundits
    4. Appster
    5. AppXperts

But for cooperation with them I had to open a speacial bank acount at Cyprus. And it costed too much money and nerves, because I did it on my own. That's why next time a teamed up with this guys https://www.advancedconsulting.cy/ , who helped me to open new bank account and now they let me know if something goes wrong.

    Hi Sam,

I recommend you to check https://www.appfutura.com/ as well.

They evaluate and curate the providers and also get feedback from the finished projects.

    Worth having a look

I am part of a remote developers network, which has experienced people from all around the world which connects freelancers with clients to work on projects.

The community consists of web and mobile developers, UI and UX designers, project managers, QA engineers and works with both startups and enterprise clients.

If that sounds like something you are looking for, let me know and I can share a link of the website and a possible free consultation call with my colleagues to see if both sides are a good fit based on budget and requirements.

I had good luck with Upwork. I can recommend the team that build my app if you like.

Imo, you want a small consulting company, not an individual dev. This way you will deal with just one person, who can manage real devs. I say this as a dev. It helped me because I found it hard to coordinate and communicate with several devs when I was building my app. If you have project management skills, then maybe it won't an issue for you.

Of course, it helps tremendously if you yourself are a dev. Then it is a lot easier to not only vet but also make sure that they are writing decent maintainable code.

Hi @ak2016, would love to get connected with your recommendation. Can you please share the link to their Upwork page?

      Thanks!

Here is the main guy's page: https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~01c6da868c88e91d08

This is what they built for me: https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~01c6da868c88e91d08?p=942478493017194496

Though now that I log into Upwork after a long time, I see his page had no activity in a while. I will email to see if they are still doing any business.

Hi! I can try to help. I know some guys, they are not providing services on freelance websites

Hi @Tiltforindie, can you share the website or page to the guys you recommend?

There are literally millions of places.

You can try marketplaces like Upwork and Freelancers. You have to be careful there because unless you micromanage and control each aspect of app development, it is easy to get burnt there.

You will face the same problem there that you faced at Fiverr.

At IH you have developers like me 😄 who are building their own products and need gigs to pay the bills.

I can help you. Can you share the details of what you are trying to build.

Yeaah pretty much. We just need gigs to get going so definitely not a long term support thing. I know one agency they're prices are reasonable.

Hi @Barakcodes, can you share the website or page to the agency you recommend?
