Where can solo founders find legit AI/cloud credits?

Where do solo/bootstrapped founders find legitimate cloud/AI startup credits?

I’m building AI, productivity and devtools projects around webhook incident response, enterprise integration and agent tooling:

I’m already in the standard Microsoft for Startups track and have pending applications for a few AI/startup programs. I’m not fundraising right now — mainly looking for legitimate credits/perks/referral routes for Azure, AWS, GCP, and AI providers.

For founders who’ve done this without being VC-backed: what worked?

• AWS Activate provider routes?
• Microsoft for Startups investor/network route?
• Google Cloud startup credits? (though GCP is extremely picky with eligibility of payment methods and almost exclusively prefers credit cards only, based on my personal experience)
• accelerator/community perk programs?
• founder communities that are actually helpful?

I’m trying to avoid shady referral-code hunting and just find the proper path.
