Where did you find affiliate marketers for your SaaS?

Any tips on where to look for solid affiliate marketers?

The resources I've been looking at:

• Facebook groups. Only came across spammers and newbies who don't know what affiliate marketing is.
• JVzoo. I didn't think it was the best solution for a SaaS tool. The marketplace is 90% occupied by courses for weight loss and beauty.
• Sites that review products in my niche. There are too few of them and many of them are not updated for years.
