Where do you buy domain names?
As the heading says, I want to ask fellow builders where do you guys buy domain names from? What is the best place to buy domain names. Doesn't have to be the cheapest but the more the economical, the better it is. I have a list of domain names which I want to reserve for new side projects. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
I buy my domains usually at one of the large registrars, mostly GoDaddy and Namecheap. If it's not from a registrar, it's through a marketplace which facilitates the transaction, e.g. flippa.
I have domains scattered across Namecheap, GoDaddy and Google. So I wanted to know what's the cheapest or better alternative outside these.
Not sure if you can save more with other registrars.
What is "better" to you? To me "better" means that I don't go with any unproven registrar, but with a solid Tier 1 player, even if it costs a bit more.
