Where do you find design inspiration?

I struggle on the design side of things to decide on the best UX for a given feature. Does anyone have sites they like for practical design inspiration?

I’m looking for something that provides real world examples that can be explored in depth.

    https://www.checklist.design/ has a few things.

    I wanted to build something similar for dashboards. With inspiration from mockups and real world examples. Found it very hard to talk with designers.

      I've looked at dribbble a few times. I find a lot of their design mocks to be "idealistic" (lots of focus on complicated animations, interesting use of color). I'm kinda looking for something more practical that breaks down a given design pattern and explains why/when you would use it.

        Ah gotcha. Yeah, I agree. A lot of dribble is pretty but not necessarily practical.
