Where do you find designers to work on projects with you?
I am a technical founder who has no problem building simple UIs and products, but when it comes to creative & innovative designs I certainly fall short. Where do you all find others to partner with who are interested in creating projects/products?
I use people who worked with me in the past. My wife uses https://www.upwork.com/ to hire freelancers. The key is finding someone who is able to discover your vision and put it into imagery.
I'm learning UI design and no-code web development. I found a talented UI/UX person in the Facebook Group of the no-code course. Also, UI/UX people post their portfolios on Dribbble.
