Yes, I know the adage about it being best when its the founders that reach out to prospects, but there are only so many hours in a day :)
So let's say I wanted to find a contractor, or part time employee, that can execute on a marketing/outreach strategy. For example "find influencers in this field using this methodology, and then reach out to them with this message to kickstart a discussion/spark interest", and so on.
Any advice on how to go about finding such a person? Thanks in advance :)
Hire VA's, and hire a mentor/consultant/Marketing instructor. If you try a agency you will wish you did not. Costs are about $2500-$3000 a month. A good senior instructor wants $1200-$1500 a month for 1-2 hours a week. A VA can cost $1400 - $1700 a month. Plan to fail fast and replace who does not work out. ROI should come by month three.

Thanks, great tips! The growth mentor part is less relevant for me (I come from marketing). VA sounds right for me. Will check it out.
Hey @SpellJammer, I can help you with it. I myself have a small Virtual Assustant which can help you with it. Hope we can have a quick chat to discuss further.
Sending you a message. Thanks.

Who are the customers of your product? If you start there, you might be able to find a contractor in that field who has relationships with your ideal customers. Often there are trade associations for every industry and they are an easy way to get in front of customers by sponsoring their events.
Thanks Dan.
To further elaborate - it's not necessarily one specific set of customers, or one product. We have a studio working on several (web) products at any given moment, some B2B, some B2C.
What we are looking for (as we ran out of bandwidth ourselves) is someone that can research and execute on given outreach strategies (which he/she will get from us). As in "go through Twitter and look for 100 people fitting this profile, and contact them with this message", and so on.
We were thinking about looking on Fiverr, Upwork, etc - but curious if people have tips on better places to look, or for the search itself (i.e. which terms to use when looking for such a person, etc).
