Where do you find quality communities to join for investing?

I have been reading the wonderful posts on Indie Hacker. A lot of people advise to find an audience and validating the idea first. I am sold on the approach. Would like to immerse in a community first and understand the value that I could offer first.

When it comes to finding existing communities, what's your approach?

    Hi!

Here you have a list of more than 30 investing communities with details about each one: https://unita.co/category/investing/

This is such a good question and one not often thought about.

Online, I think we have limited choices. I've tried StockTwits, Twitter, Reddit, even FB, but they all seem to be either very caustic or fall into a vacuum.

The only place, in my experience, is in my face-to-face personal life. I have a group of friends with whom I regularly talk about investing ideas. I even created a small Signal chat group for us.

@DoCare Thanks for the reply. I ran into the same problems when searching for an online group about investing. It's funny how I do the same thing with my friends who are interested in investing but just with Wechat. Do you think that the quality of the conversation about investment is better with a smaller group?
