Where do you find your designer?

I am developing a prototype for my next Shopify app. I would like a designer to help me retouch a page. Where do you find a suitable UI / UX designer for web apps?

I tried to find a designer on Fiverr. However, 3 are not interested. The next one doesn't know what Shopify apps are.
