Where do you get your website UI assets ? Make or buy?

Wanted to know where do IHs get there UI assets like icons, illustrations, backgrounds and svgs. Do you buy or make ?

    I'm using UI8 or Elements Envato:

    I often buy and then modify in Figma based on project needs.
