Where do you guys find your designers?
A lot of times when I see apps posted here on IH I'm admiring how good those apps are in terms of design and UX. Where do you guys find people who can do a good SaaS design?
Apps such as Behance are mostly crowded with experts who design logos or making illustrations, the same goes for some FB groups I found.
Is there any job ad board strictly for SaaS designers?
try to manually source candidates via LinkedIn - reach out in a personal way and show them why you're a great company to work with.

Firstly for the app (but not the one I have in my bio), and then in the future also for the landing page.
I use Tailwind Css and really like them. However you can buy any Css Theme and your website will look great enough.
You could also try to copy the style of a website you really like.
