I have Muzli as Chrome extension, so I don't need much stuff. Because there's always something new coming. Exception is Codrops. I've been following that for years.
Wow! This is awesome. As a Front end Dev of course I always attempt to build from scratch but i really like some of these templates and why not save a some hours
When it comes to UI/UX I tend to mix and match what I like from a bunch of different sources. Check out Dribbble and Awwwards, those are definitely two heavy hitters

I am not a designer myself. So when I am building a side project that does not include a side project, I have two rules:
Where do you find UI templates? 🤔
I prefer using Bootstrap for my projects. And for Bootstrap there are really a lot of both free and paid Bootstrap themes.
You can take a look at my both products, they are both Bootstrap themes (1 is free, 1 is paid.)

Here you can find really good paid Bootstrap themes: https://themes.getbootstrap.com/
And here there are some free ones: https://startbootstrap.com/themes/
Do you know any that uses tailwind?
I would say Tailwind css has templates
