I work remotely for an Irish company and I change work environment often. But, mostly I work from coworking spaces. Where do you guys work from? Just curious.
Home office--internet is fast, chair is comfortable, I get to see my wife and kids more often, and the commute is perfect.
I spend most of my time working from my home office. I like it, because the internet is fast/reliable, I have a standing desk and a fancy monitor, and it's easy for me to cook when I'm hungry or lay on the couch when I'm tired. My girlfriend (who lives with me) also works from home often, so it's rarely lonely.
I'm in the same boat as @csallen :) My girlfriend is also working from home with me, so it's rarely lonely. I love that I don't have to go traffic-jamming.
I work on site close to New York City. I hack on my side project mostly from home or the coffee shop close to my office.
I kinda split my time... half in cafes (which to me are like coworking spaces but with more variety, in terms of space and people), just to get out of my house and when I need to think/be more creative, and half in my spare bedroom or on my couch, for more focused work. When I get stuck, or need to clear my head, I go for a run, gym, or yoga.
