Where do you keep your projects information?

Hi!

I need a simple tool to save projects information.. basically i work with agencies and they don't have the projects data anywhere. The information i want to be able to see is:

  • Hosting information (where able to)
  • Useful links (documentation, production url, development url)
  • Files (again, documentation for example)
  • Projects general info (description, client, how important it is, etc)

Something like this exists? I need something simple, nothing big.. afterall, it's only a place to keep information.

I switched from Wunderlist to Apple notes, Evernote and now I'm using Notion (https://www.notion.so). At the moment Notion is perfect for me.

It's sort of my personal Wikipedia. Don't think I'll switch soon. The only feature I'm missing are integrations with other apps.

I use either Trello, Podio or Glip, depending on the project. Trello and Podio are more structured whilst Glip is useful for setting up a "Team" per client and then adding conversation notes, files, key information etc. You might find some free options here.

I recently signed up for tipihub.com and I can't complain.

I'm using workflowy.. Been looking into notion, but I feel that it's more than I need for my use. I wrote an article here about how I manage my stuff in case you're interested
