Where to find a compliance lawyer?

We run a SaaS business, and some of our larger customers have compliance requirements that flow down to us, so we need to regularly sign things for GDPR and CCPA (and even prospects who want us to sign Business Associate contracts to comply with HIPAA).
Does anyone have experience in hiring a compliance lawyer? Where did you find them?
I posted on Upcounsel.com awhile back, but from talking to the different attorneys, the vetting experience wasn’t great (either not the right fit, or conflicting answers on the TODOs).
I also have two small businesses and until the last year, I did not need a lawyer. But last year I had tremendous problems with my stakeholders, and it was hard to find the attorney willing and most importantly able to help me.
