Where to find a sales person which accepts pay per lead?

Hi guys!

My side project (https://astogi.com) which I've been working on for a few months has been steadily getting new sign ups and it is growing slowly. A few people have converted to paying customers but this is all happening very slow. However, I have the feeling that the companies that would benefit from it are not too keen on randomly selecting a SaaS that would help them.

Since I am definitely not a sales person I am considering to hire someone for that. The idea is that I pay someone for (converted) leads while they go and do the actual sales of the product.

The question is quite simple, have any of you ever done something like this? why or why not? And if so, do you have a recommendation where I would be able to find such a (technical) sales person who would accept this kind of work?
