Where to find Golang Developers?

Hello Indie Hackers!

I've been a solo founder for a long time and I think I've finally reached the moment to expand the Loophole Labs family and bring on 1-2 full-time developers.

So my question is, where do you go when you want to hire full-time developers (or contractors) specializing in a specific language (like Golang)?

I've seen services like TopTal who help you source really good talent for this sort of thing, however Loophole Labs primarily builds open-source software and I've been warned that sometimes contractors won't write the most maintainable code (since they won't really be around to maintain it anyways). That's not usually an issue for one-off projects, but since we are open-sourcing a lot of what we work on, we want the code to be of good quality.
