Where to find the businesses that hire freelancers?

Hi Everyone,

We have built the Hiretheverified platform for the business that hire freelancers.

Hiretheverified let you-

1. access the pre-verified freelances in-depth profiles.
2. contact the freelancers via call/email directly.

Where to find the target audience? Any creative way to reach employers who are looking for freelancers?

Currently what I have tried-

1. Linkedin Post section- I try to mail/in-mail/message the people who are currently looking to hire the freelancers.
2. Freelancer Job Board- I try to reach people who have posted on remote job boards like Remote. co, nodesk.co, indeed.com etc - but no luck.
3. Reddit community.
4. Slack Community.

But nothing working out.

Can anyone help me finding a prospective customer for my startup?
