Where to hire a reliable & good developer for my side project? + some questions.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Looking for some advise on how to find a reliable developer to build out my MVP. I have zero experience in web development so very cautious on who to hire to build the product, I also have no idea on what kind of maintenance a web application needs to keep it running & the on going expenses involved.

I do however have a lots of experience running ecommerce businesses, design and marketing.

I have started to build out the front end & back end layout using Figma, which I am hoping will help save tons of time for the developer... I suppose my questions are the following:

1. How do you find a reliable web developer who would be willing to build out your MVP?

2. Is there freelance websites specifically for developers for hire?

3. What makes a good developer vs a bad one, anything I should look our for? (should you make them sign an NDA?)

4. Is there anyone on IH who would be willing to take on the project and give an estimates cost to build on the MVP? Since I can build the product out on Figma and explain it via Zoom.

5. Is there a preferred method to build out a prototype to hand over the a developer to build? For instance, I have decided to create it via Figma... but is there a better way or wireframe software I should in the future?

P.S. I don't think a no-code system would work for me. The core feature of this product need to be able to embed into others websites. (just like a chat box messenger in the bottom right hand corner does) Hope that makes sense.
