Where to incorporate the company?

Hey community!

We are a team of two EU (Spain and Germany) entrepreneurs that we are building a B2B SaaS. We are getting our first enterprise customer (yay!) and we need to set up the company (ugh!).

What would be the best place in the EU to incorporate the company? Any suggestion here?

    Gibraltar. You can visit it within 1 day by car from any point of Spain. I did the same with my business.
