Where to learn basic marketing skills?
Hi, all! I'm a web developer looking to get into the SaaS product market. I'm currently working on an MVP for my product, however I'd like to put together a landing page for it as well. The thing that I'm struggling with the most is coming up with good copy. I've studied other similar product's landing pages and gone through some figma templates and still feel like I don't know what I'm doing.
What have you guys used to learn the basics of marketing?
This book called "Traction" by Gabriel Weinberg has a lot of good info. I'm currently reading it and I'm also posting my notes on my blog for my future self - https://define.run/traction-book

It's worth having a dig around all of his growth marketing articles as he writes in a very concise way and focuses on really useful stuff, not guff....Can't recommend his stuff enough.
The Marketing Examples site - https://marketingexamples.com/ is also somewhere you should have a dig around as he's got some really lovely examples of how to do some creative marketing, write good copy etc. There's plenty of examples on there you'd find useful but as a starter here's one he did on landing page intro copy: https://marketingexamples.com/copywriting/landing-page-title
