Thanks @MicroAcquire for the awesome swag!
About 2 years ago my project Open Startup List got acquired through MicroAcquire, Andrew offered great support and was super friendly along the process, I highly recommend them when you consider selling your side-project!
So if you're selling, you probably want to reach to as many potential buyers as you can (because then you increase your negotiation power), therefore I would recommend listing on all of these platforms to increase exposure:
P.S. If you want to read more about my experience of building, marketing, and selling Open Startup List, check out my e-book Start With A Side-Project which is available on Amazon's Kindle Unlimited.
I found listing on MicroAqcuire difficult because as a high growth early stage bootstrapped startup my TTM is low but my ARR is high. But they wont let you list a multiple of ARR.
I think a good idea for MicroAcquire, for cases like yours, would be to publish their minimum requirements for listing on the marketplace.
That would save time for everyone, since you will know before writing your offering if your startup is eligible.
Yea that would help. Or maybe to allow sellers to request reconsideration for the restrictions if your startup is in an unusual position like very high growth.
My pleasure and I'm rooting for you @nscode!
Thanks @MicroAcquire and great job on your platform, it's great to see how it progressed over time.
I can think of a cool marketing idea for MicroAcquire, to share acquisition stories through blog posts, that would definitely attract the right audience.
