Where to look for a Facebook Ads master?
Hi all, been running some Facebook ads myself and getting some okay results but looking for someone who’s awesome at it! Rather go down the freelance over agency route... where should I look? Or if anyone can recommend anyone here it’d be amazing :)

I worked with a YC backed ed-tech platform set up their Facebook Ads. We ran a bunch of conversion Ads - experimented across audience targeting, budgeting and creatives.
For audience targeting - we played around with sequencing of custom & lookalike audience, audience overlap and audience mining.
For budgeting - we played a lot around scaling ad-set budget in a step wise fashion to avoid the learning phase & resetting the ad performance
For creatives - we experimented around images, copies, CTA & landing pages.
