Hey! If you still need someone, please send me a message. I’m happy to help! I run my own small agency with my businesspartner.

Website or SaaS app? How much pre-work have you done (mockups, copywriting, idea validation)? It's hard to know what advice to give without more detail into what your goals are ~

    In general...

    Marketing Website:

    1. 1hr quickstart: Looking for validation? Just Google "landing page builder" and throw up a "join the waitlist" email CTA. Then you can start gauging interest. That's the easiest.

    2. More serious / post-validation: As others mentioned, UpWork or the like can connect you with a good landing page designer & developer. They're an extremely common request, so it shouldn't be too hard to find someone. But you'll probably need to already know what your messaging is, etc.

    SaaS App Design:

    1. Big projects / less management: I've had success with a design agency I found on UpWork. If you want someone to really think through a product experience and spend time iterating, an (honest) agency can be great because they self-manage and do a good job with the feedback loop. That said -- every agency is different, and it also depends on your own level of involvement.

    2. Small projects / high-involvement: leverage your network. For my most recent project, I had already done the core interaction diagrams and mocked some of the key states. I needed a designer to take my concepts to the next level and flesh out some of the details + find things I missed, but I didn't want to commit to a full e2e design like an agency would provide. I reached out to my network to see if anyone could recommend a designer for short-term work. Happily, I was introduced to a designer who could work part-time and complete the UI designs. Maybe I just got lucky, but if you have 10 connections in tech, and they each have 10 themselves -- you've already got a pretty wide reach. It's fairly likely you can find someone like that.

I would recommend Fiverr for cheap but at the same time best services for product design,
This is a gig you can check out and see if this might be something you are looking for:

Personally I had great experience with designers from Upwork. Fiverr, I find,is more for less serious stuff eg make me a customized song etc. Upwork also has competitive pricing among it's freelancers.
