Post on all three and just point the canonical urls to your blog. It'll give your blog the seo juice while getting more exposure.

I post on my own blog and here. Per the Contribute page:
Long-term it's better to own your blog -- it's less risky than trusting Medium to do the right thing with all your content.
Looks like posting on your own blog, and then importing into other communities and platforms is really the way to go.
