We have built the product hiretheverified.com to target the employers who hire freelancers?

In the initial phase, we are targeting the Employer who is hiring the mobile developers?

What is a good place where we can reach out to the people who are looking for freelancers?

Currently searching people on Linkedin and Twitter.

Tried Reddit too, but it too noisy and I feel people don't want to connect.

Tried other freelancer marketplaces too but not able to get any contact information of employers so can't cold email/message them.
