Where do I set-up a company to collect subscription payments via Stripe? So that it is best from tax point of view and is easy in general? Initially I thought about LLC in USA, but it seems complicated when selling to customers in various states (different ways to handle&calculate taxes).
This is $14.99/mo service, no physical delivery, pure software. Sold worldwide, highest number of clients come from USA, UK, Australia, Germany...
Maybe LTD in UK? Or Cyprus? Or other offshore?
I found this for the LTD, dunno if good: https://www.1stformations.co.uk/ (£12.99)
If you are UK based I'd just do a UK Ltd company. Though be prepared to cater for VAT Moss.
There are services that set up companies for you in the US though, to make it easier. They would advise you on the best way to go about registering in states, and there are other services that do book keeping as service.
I thought about going the US route, but can't handle even thinking about it right now. There's so much about US business that I don't understand and don't want have the energy to learn about, right now.
