Which apps do you use to stay productive?

I am building appbaskets.com coz I see hundreds of app launches every single day on multiple platforms.

But many of us are still using the boring bulky enterprise-level software coz it's really hard to discover & keep ourselves updated with better tools.
As individuals, we don't know if there is any better alternative present for our traditional tools.

Please mention at least 3-5 apps you use heavily to stay productive and let others find them.
