Which Business Model Should I Apply?

I want to prepare and sell some small business templates online (e.g. partnership agreements, recruitment contracts,...etc). I don't have the required content ready available to me.
How can I convince some small business owners to help me create those templates without having to share the revenues from the sold templates?
What other business models are there to make this happen?
