Which career pivot is better UX Designer to Product Manager or visa versa? 👇

If possible, please add a comment to why you think so...
I am not so sure about UX Designer to PM. But, I have seen good software engineers / engineering managers aspiring to become Product managers and successful product managers being considered for CEO or "CEO-like for the business unit" positions. So, I would assume UX Designer to PM career shift makes more sense.
