Which cms to use that fits an angular app ?

I have been working on an angular app. I am thinking about using cms for blog and demo catalog.
What do you suggest?
I mean it has to be free of charge solution because I am just starting. And easy to integrate with angular app.

But does a subdomain dillutes SEO as the guy said in the comment section of that tweet?. Is it really penalizing the website SEO ?

If you have a blog on a subdomain basically wasting your energy. You split your domain authority which helps you rank higher on search.
